[強力なPersonal Bland の築き方]

Step1. イメージを査定しよう！ 周りの人に自分を表現する言葉(word)を3つ挙げてもらおう！ (管理人注: 人に自分がどうみられているか確認しよう)

Step2. 人々があなたにどういうイメージを抱いているかわかったら、あなた自身がどうなりたいか考えて、挙げてもらったどの言葉(word)を自分の言葉(word)とするか決めよう！　その言葉に沿って世界に発信しよう! まわりの人もそれをみてadpotしてくれます。

Step3. なりたい自分になるために必要な場所に身をおこう！ 理想と現実のギャップを埋めるようにしていこう！

Step4.  first five friends を見つけよう！ あなたがインスピレーションや繋がりの構築に目を向けれる人たちです。リアルでも非現実でもOK で自分がなりたいと思う人5人。その5人からインスピレーションを得てみよう。例えば「〇〇ならこの質問にどう答えるか」とか。

Step5. 楽しもう！誰もが何かを提供できます。Personal Brand の確立を楽しんでやれたら、続けてやれます。

TAGLE: OK, simple enough. A personal brand is composed of what people see you do, hear you do and how you make them feel. Don’t discount that last one. But how do you make sure you’re sending out the right messages? Lynda has a five-step process for building a strong personal brand that feels true to you. Step one, do an image audit to understand how your people are already thinking of you.

A personal brand is composed of what people see you do, hear you do and how you make them feel(personal brand は人々があなたの行動をみて、聞いて、彼らにどういう感情を抱かせるかによって構成されている). consist of と be composed of の違いが気になるところです。辞書によると consist of と be composed of ではリンクのようになります。 どちらもモノ、人の構成に対して使えるようです。あとは構成されている(be composed of..) から構成している(consist of) での使い分けになりそうですね！

伝えたいこと: 「物理学を取得しましたが会社でエンジニアとして働いた後、大学に入り化学を学ぶことにしました」

以前のエピソード1, 2 で get into (ハマる、手を出す)という意味で紹介しましたが、今回は文脈的には「どこどこに入っていく、参入する」意味になります。
